Monzo app Nigeria is not legit, the app pis a scam, I applied for the loan and I was asked to pay 5% which I did, but unfortunately I could not withdraw but I was chatting with the customer service and they said my loan was transferred to a frozen account, that I have to give or pay 15% of the entire loan to unfreeze my account which I almost believed, but come to think, my wife said no instead of pay such a high amount just because of a simple mistake in entering my account details let’s apply another loan using her account to see how it will go and very conscious in entering the account details which we did perfectly and also paid same 5%, the result was the same old story, what we noticed was that you do not have the access to edit anything in the app pertaining your account details only them, so no matter what or how you do they will change a certain figure and tell you, you entered the figure wrongly, that you will pay 10% to unfreeze your account they even say I should pay 8%, then I understood we’re they we’re operating from.
