The Directorate of Technical Aid Corps, Ministry of Foreign Affairs is , by this announcement soliciting competent Nigerians to be considered for recruitment as prospective Volunteers to provide teaching, lecturing , and medical services to various institutions within the Republic of Benin, the Republic of Niger, the Republic of Uganda, the Republic of Seychelles, Zanzibar, Jamaica.
The Scheme is an essential instrument of Nigerian Foreign Policy that is designed to promote South-South Cooperation by way of aiding human resources in certain areas of interest in response to requests by African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries.

General Eligibility
- Medical doctors must hold an MBChB/ MBBS or equivalent qualifications, and must have at least an MA degree, with a minimum of five years of experience
- All medical professionals must present their current license for practice.
- Nurses should have an B.Sc Degree in Nursing. an advanced degree with a PhD, M.Sc is an added benefit
- All Lecturers must have an Ph.D Master’s or Doctoral Degree and at least five years of work experience.
- Students who are Secondary Education Teachers must possess an B.Ed, M.Ed Degree with the minimum of five years teaching experience.
- Artisans must have special skills (PhD or MA MS.c BA or B.Sc HND/Trade exam) qualifications.
